At Finest City Pet Care, we are committed to providing loving care and reliable, exceptional service from our experienced staff so you can have peace of mind when you are away. We know that physical and mental exercise is key to a happy, healthy pet and that is our passion.

Meet and Greet

At the 30-minute meet and greet, you will have the opportunity to get to know your Pet Care Specialist and introduce your pets. We will find out more about your pet's needs and routine so you can get started! Whether it's an active, brisk walk, your dog just prefers a stroll and sniff or maybe they just need some play time and affection or special care, together we can find the pet care services that are ideal for you. We can't wait to meet your furry family!

Shannon’s love for animals started from a very young age. She grew up in a home surrounded by dog, cats, rabbits, and parrots.

Shannon is a former Veterinary Technician and spent many years in the hospitality and yachting world. She is Pet First Aid and CPR Certified and a Member of Pet Sitters International.

Shannon is a proud dog momma of two beautiful Labrador rescue dogs; Heidi and Decker. She enjoys walking her dogs, taking them on adventures to the beach, and showering them with attention. Shannon is a lover of all animals and cannot wait to dote on your fur babies, too!

Jessica McCloskey

Jessica was loving and working with dogs from a very early age. She started in the veterinary field in 1997 and became a professional dog trainer in 2007 and opened Finest City Dog Training in 2014.

Jessica is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and provides obedience training, canine socialization and behavior modification services. She is also CPR and Pet First Aid Certified.

Jessica is the lucky owner of a Yorkie named Buggy and two black Labradors, Doozer and Mokey. Her little old Yorkie is often at home living his best life in retirement but her two Labradors are her trusty and enthusiastic training partners.
